What is the Facially Skin Bar Membership Club?
Your membership is a monthly or quarterly club that grants you one facial per month at a discounted rate based on our pre-selected menu and club level. It also provides you with as many additional sessions as desired at the discounted member rate. The payment method is simply handled through a required auto debit once per month.
What are the benefits to being a Facially Skin Bar Club Member?
You can enjoy a discount on services anytime during the month to use in addition to your monthly service so you save on every service. You will receive priority booking and priority last-minute availability. You can upgrade your monthly service anytime...just pay the difference in price. You will never lose your monthly service. If you can’t make your monthly appointment, you can give it as a gift to introduce others to Facially Skin Bar with the exception of the Radiance Club; the rollover applies to existing clients only and they are only eligible to book services listed under that specific club's menu of services. As an added bonus for all clubs, when you refer successful clients to Facially Skin Bar, you earn more discounts.
What is the term of the Membership?
After your initial three (3) month membership period, you can opt out at any time with a 30-day notice. Your membership automatically starts as a month to month program that you can cancel for any or no reason at all. Simply send us a written notice to fuelyourface@faciallyskinbar.com with Subject Line: Cancel Membership. You will not be billed after the 30 days are up.
All of your unused membership services will expire within 90 days after your last membership payment is made. Please use them before this time expires or gift them to someone else.
Our flexible plans even allow you to put your membership on hold up to three (3) months anytime during the year if you need to take a break. A $30 service fee will apply when you are ready to reactivate your membership.
Can I pre-pay a membership?
Monthly and Quarterly memberships are available for purchase. You can pre-pay your membership in full every quarter and enjoy additional savings depending on which club you join.
How do I schedule my services once I join the membership club?
Joining our Friends with Benefits Membership Club allows you to quickly and easily schedule your experience, by booking two months in advance. Beginning January 2025, the monthly calendar will open every 20th of the month for members or you can call and book your appointment anytime with our amazing community manager. who is ready to assist with your reservation.
What is the cancellation policy for my bookings?
Please be aware, our 24-hour cancellation policy is also in effect for our members and cancellations require a 24-hour notice in order to keep your pre-paid session credits!
We do our best to accommodate emergencies and situations that come up and affect your appointment times. By providing us a window with enough time to rebook the time you reserved, it allows us to rebook that spot for your wonderful Master Facialist who loves to stay busy!
If you fail to cancel before the 24-hour window or do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your service for that month.
Late Arrival: We work hard to give each client their full hands on session time.
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot extend the service time if you arrive 15 or more minutes late. We have your service time booked for you and as a member, your session will not be cancelled. However, we will provide you with an exemplary abbreviated service during your regularly scheduled time.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to cancel or reschedule? No problem. You can cancel or reschedule your appointments anytime before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time without affecting your membership service credit. Your pre-paid services easily roll over every month so you never miss your session (all rolled over services must be used within 90 days of your membership term). If you are a member of the Regal or Royalty Club, you can gift a missed service to someone else so you will never lose a service. For Radiance Club Members, you are only allowed to gift a service to existing clients.
